Identifying strong news stories (community and product based) and writing/issuing press releases; building strong relationships with target media; providing regular commentary on topical news and arranging broadcast interviews; being innovative with social media. |

Outcome |
A regular flow of positive coverage in key local, regional and national titles. Stronger relationships with key journalists Brand visibility increased amongst non-members, and retail savings have increased. The Society was named the ‘Business of the Year’ at the Anglian Business Awards 2009. |
