In our community
As a team and as individuals we really value the part we play in our community. Each year we commit to make a big difference to one or more charities who we give our time and expertise to free of charge. We also enjoy taking part in charity events such as the St Elizabeth Hospice Midnight Walk.
Our commitment to our community includes giving young people a valuable insight into our work through school and university work experience placements.
In 2011 Ipswich Women’s Aid is benefiting from our advice on PR and communications as they change their name and relaunch with a completely fresh new identity. As part of this we have introduced the charity to Suffolk One, whose graphic design students have been challenged to create the new logo.
We have been working with Ipswich Women’s Aid for over a year and in 2010 enjoyed organsing a Christmas Party for the women and children who have lived in the local refuses as a result of domestic abuse.
We have also given our time and expertise freely to advise Ipswich Town Charitable Trust as it develops its own separate identity from the football club.
Other organisations we have worked with as part of our corporate responsibility programme include Felixstowe Regatta, Ipswich Rotary Clubs and DanceEast.
